From Cleve Scene:
“This incident is believed to be an overdose,” a Cleveland police spokesperson told Scene, adding that final say had yet to be determined by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office. “Depending on that, we can determine what action we need to take.”
Cleveland 19 reports Dunlap’s family traveled to Cleveland earlier this week to look for answers to her mysterious death. While police report Dunlap was found in the vacant house, her family contends she never would’ve gone in there alone. They are also suspicious of the fact that none of her personal belongings were recovered with her body.
Karen Jones, Dunlap’s mother, told Cleveland 19, “They suspected that it was an overdose. I said my daughter has never used hard drugs, talk to anybody. I will stake my life that the toxicology is going to come back that she did not have any hard drugs in her system”.
If you have any information about Dunlap’s disappearance or death you’re encouraged to contact the Cleveland Police.
