Toddler falls from 11th story of apartment, dies

WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio – A toddler has died after falling from the 11th story of an apartment building early Wednesday morning, police reported.

Willoughby Hills police said around 12:20 a.m., officers and fire crews found a child in a rear parking deck who was unresponsive after falling from the 11th story of the Willoughby Hills Towers apartment building.
