JUST IN: Wall Collapse at Tower City, RTA Red Line Rapid Delayed
CLEVELAND– A portion of a wall has collapsed in the tower city rapid station.
According to RTA spokeswoman Mary Shaffer, it happened on the westbound track, which is closed; so there is a red line delay.
No other details were revealed.
